Azora Group is a real asset investment firm founded in Madrid in 2003. It employs over 200 professionals across Europe and the U.S. and manages approximately €14.55 billion in assets under management (AUM) as of early‐2024. Its business is focused on acquiring, developing, operating, repositioning and divesting real estate assets. Key property types include residential (rentals, build to rent, affordable housing), hotels and hospitality, offices, retail, logistics, industrial, senior living, student housing, and alternative sectors such as data centres. Azora has active investment platforms in Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, Germany, UK, Switzerland, and since 2021 also in the United States. Azora has developed a large managed residential portfolio: more than 14,000 homes for rent, and has built a major hotel portfolio in Spain exceeding 13,000 keys under variable rent agreements prior to its 2018 sale. It is expanding into infrastructure & climate solutions as well as alternative debt, to complement its traditional real estate operations.
