- Company(referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Thesis Driven LLC, 245 8th Avenue, Suite 195 New York, NY 10011. For the purpose of the GDPR, the Company is the Data Controller.
- Consumer, for the purpose of the CCPA/CPRA, means a natural person who is a California resident. A resident, as defined in the law, includes (1) every individual who is in the USA for other than a temporary or transitory purpose, and (2) every individual who is domiciled in the USA who is outside the USA for a temporary or transitory purpose.
- Cookies are small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses.
- Country refers to: Delaware, United States.
- Data Controller, for the purposes of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), refers to the Company as the legal person which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.
- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

- Service refers to the Website.
- Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used. For the purpose of the GDPR, Service Providers are considered Data Processors.
- Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.
- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

Based on the CCPA/CPRA categories, We collect: Category A (Identifiers) — Yes; Category B (California Customer Records) — Yes; Category F (Internet or other network activity) — Yes; and Category L (Sensitive personal information, e.g. account login and password) — Yes. Categories C, D, E, G, H, I, J and K — No.
Sources. We obtain personal information directly from You, indirectly from You, automatically from You (cookies), and from Service Providers.
Use & Disclosure. We may use or disclose personal information for business or commercial purposes as described in the “Use of Your Personal Data” section. In the last twelve months we may have disclosed Categories A, B, and F for business purposes, and may have shared them with Service Providers, affiliates, and business partners.
Sale of Personal Information. We do not sell personal information as the term sell is commonly understood. We do allow Service Providers to use Your personal information for the business purposes described in Our Privacy Policy (advertising, marketing, analytics), and these may be deemed a sale under CCPA/CPRA. We do not knowingly sell the personal information of minors under 16.

Only You, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that You authorize, may make a verifiable request. We will respond within 45 days of receiving Your verifiable request, extendable once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary.
Do Not Sell / Limit Sensitive Information. You have the right to opt out of the sale of Your personal information; once We receive and confirm a verifiable request, we will stop. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising via the NAI (networkadvertising.org), EDAA (youronlinechoices.com), and DAA (aboutads.info) platforms, and via Your mobile device settings. You also have the right to limit the use and disclosure of Your sensitive personal information.
“Do Not Track” Policy (California Online Privacy Protection Act)
Our Service does not respond to Do Not Track signals. However, some third party websites do keep track of Your browsing activities; if You visit such websites, You can set Your preferences in Your web browser to inform websites that You do not want to be tracked.
Your California Privacy Rights (Shine the Light)
Under California Civil Code Section 1798 (California's Shine the Light law), California residents with an established business relationship with us can request information once a year about sharing their Personal Data with third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
