Bandera Ventures was founded in 2003 by three former partners of Trammell Crow Company. Its leadership team holds over 140 years of combined experience in commercial real estate development and acquisitions. The firm has developed or acquired more than 62 million square feet of property across the United States and Canada. The company specializes in commercial real estate sectors, including office, industrial, retail, medical, air cargo/logistics facilities, data centers, and build-to-suit projects. Bandera Ventures has delivered or currently owns properties ranging broadly in size—from tens of thousands to over 1.5 million square feet. Notable assets include Ross Tower (over 1.11 million SF in Dallas, TX), Pedregal (about 1.55 million SF near DFW Airport, TX), and Gateway Logistics Center (over 1.4 million SF at DFW Airport).
