Anchor Valley Partners (AVP) is a vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm founded in September 2012 by Sid Lakireddy and Chris Brawer. AVP operates primarily in California, especially in the San Francisco Bay Area and Central Valley. The firm focuses its real estate activity on acquiring, repositioning, developing, and managing assets in multifamily housing, student housing, office buildings, and medical office space. AVP has completed over US$200 million in combined development and acquisition deals under Sid Lakireddy’s leadership. Among its active projects are a 124-bed student housing development near UC Berkeley, a mixed-use 40-unit project in downtown Oakland, the redevelopment of a 20,000 square foot office building, and a medical office development of ≈ 120,000 square feet in Merced.
