Fields Grade has delivered 31 projects to date, covering more than 4.3 million square feet of developed space with a total completed value exceeding US$2.3 billion. Their portfolio includes mixed-use, mid-rise, high-rise, brownfield/greyfield remediation and affordable housing. Recent projects include The Agnes (233 residential units), The Hazel (201 units), Le Leo (99 units), and The Devan, a 336-unit luxury apartment building in Jersey City. Their geographic focus is primarily in New Jersey, especially Jersey City, with extensions into Stamford, Connecticut and other parts of the Tri-State area.
