In hospitality, FEG operates multiple properties including a 121‑room Hotel Californian in Santa Barbara, Healdsburg’s 27 North, Wharekauhau Country Estate in New Zealand, and Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard—an estate with nine guest rooms above 100 acres of vineyard in Oregon. On the real estate development front, FEG also owns Lee’s Family Forum, a nearly‑6,000‑seat entertainment venue in Henderson, NV that opened in 2022; City National Arena, a dual‑ice practice facility for the NHL’s Vegas Golden Knights opened in 2017; and America First Center, a hockey facility for the AHL’s Henderson Silver Knights opened in 2020.
