Fortress targets mid-sized opportunities, including sale-leaseback corporate properties, senior housing, long-term leased stable income assets, and “core+” real estate with income growth and capital appreciation potential. The firm also takes on real estate special situations, distressed debt, and debt securities in the US and Europe.
