Over nearly three decades, the firm has completed more than 1,000 condominium units and over 3,000 apartments across multiple high-rise residential projects. The firm’s key developments include the 34-story Alcove tower (418 ft tall) featuring 356 apartments, a rooftop pool cantilevered more than 400 ft above street level, and an award from the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. It followed up with 505, a 45-story building with 178 condos atop 350 apartments and 187 parking spaces, completed in 2018. Its current flagship project is the 60-story Paramount (also known as the “1010 Church Street” tower), slated to deliver 360 apartments, 140 condominiums, and 517 parking spaces; construction financing of US $340 million was secured as of August 2025.
