Since its founding, Hilltop has completed over 50 property acquisitions across high-growth markets in states such as Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee. It currently operates 37 properties amounting to approximately 10,136 apartment units with a combined portfolio value of about USD 2.1 billion. In 2025 the company launched a new division—Hilltop Residential Development—led by Eric Overton, to pursue ground-up multifamily construction in addition to their acquisition and renovation strategy.
