The firm concentrates on value‑add multifamily and development projects, executing the full investment cycle—from sourcing and acquisition, to financing, construction, and ongoing asset management. The team’s hands‑on approach enables them to acquire undervalued assets in emerging markets and renovate them to generate higher returns. Founded by Marc Cianciola, who has more than 10 years of real estate experience in New York City and Denver, Leale Capital officially launched in November 2021. In its first year, the company acquired approximately 100 multifamily units in downtown Denver. Marc’s prior roles include leading acquisitions for Urban American—where he helped acquire over 600 units totaling about US $250 million in 2020—and participating in transactions exceeding US $2 billion over his career.
