MRP Realty, founded in 2005, is a real estate development and investment firm headquartered in Washington, D.C. Since inception it has deployed approximately $8 billion in total capitalization and currently holds over 25 million square feet in development assets. It also manages more than 10 million square feet of real estate under its portfolio. MRP operates primarily in the eastern United States, focusing on “gateway” markets and high barrier-to-entry geographies. Its real estate focus includes office, industrial, retail, residential, and mixed-use assets. The firm provides full-service capabilities across acquisition, development, construction management, asset management, property management, and financial reporting. In its residential development initiatives, about 20 % of units delivered or in pipeline are affordable housing, totaling 943 units. MRP also has an industrial real estate affiliate, MRP Industrial, which has completed or has under construction 25.5 million square feet of industrial space, with a $2.8 billion invested capital base.
