The company’s portfolio spans a range of real-estate asset types including multifamily residences, student housing, mixed-use developments, retail and grocery-anchored shopping centers, hotels, offices, industrial properties and condominiums. In one of its platforms — the Atlanta-based subsidiary — the firm reported US $2 billion in assets under management (AUM) as of June 2024. Over its 70 + years of operation the firm has grown from its Cincinnati roots to multiple regional offices (including Dallas, Fort Myers and Florida’s Space Coast) and actively pursues mixed-use developments and community-oriented real-estate projects across the United States.
