It was formed when founder Oshri “OG” Gal sold the retail divisions of his family’s business — Beachwave Beachwear, which was founded in 1991 — to focus exclusively on real estate development, property acquisition, planning, permitting, and management. The company works on mixed-use developments, commercial real estate projects, and hospitality stays under its “Stays by OG” brand. One of their major recent projects is the Waves District in Cape Canaveral, a 4-phase development costing about US$50 million, which upon completion will include approx. 35,000 ft² of commercial space plus 104 furnished residential units in a resort style format.
