Founded in 1985, Prideview Group is a family-run UK commercial property investment, brokerage and asset management business with around 40 years of track record. It focuses on acquiring, managing and selling income-producing commercial and mixed-use assets across London, the South of England and wider UK markets, including both auction and private-treaty transactions. The group has completed close to £1 billion of transactions over the past 30 years for several hundred mainly private and family-office investors, and manages approximately £50 million of commercial and residential property generating over £3 million of annual rent. Prideview’s platform now spans acquisitions, disposals, lettings and management, plus finance, insurance, planning and architecture, rent guarantees and foreign investor services. Typical assets include high-street retail, convenience-led neighbourhood parades, roadside and leisure properties, as well as selected residential investments.
