It operates multiple hospitality and lifestyle ventures across Florida, including the original MILA venue (opened January 2020), AVA MediterrAegean, the MM membership club, Casa Neos, and the latest concept Claudie. Casa Neos occupies 30,000 sq ft on the Miami River and comprises a two-floor Mediterranean restaurant, a four‑suite boutique hotel, a rooftop lounge (Noora), and a members‑only beach club with pool, cabanas, and yacht access. In development of real estate and hospitality, RDG is programming a combined 16,000‑sq‑ft restaurant and 5,200‑sq‑ft lounge (plus rooftop members‑only space) within the E11EVEN Hotel & Residences under a 10‑year agreement. Recent expansions include Claudie in Brickell (opened late 2024 or early 2025), featuring French Mediterranean flavors.
