Durst’s development activity includes 16 million square feet of new construction in New York City over its history. One signature project is Halletts Point, a campus of three residential towers with over 1,000 rental units plus retail and waterfront esplanade. Their property portfolio also includes One Bryant Park, 825 Third Avenue, 733 Third Avenue, 655 Third Avenue, 205 East 42nd Street, 114 West 47th Street, 1133 and 1155 Avenue of the Americas, and the Sven residential tower in Queens.
