About AMG Home Builders

AMG Home Builders is a real estate operator headquartered in Hollywood, FL.

AMG Home Builders is a private, boutique luxury custom home builder headquartered in Osborne Park, Perth, Western Australia. Established in 2016 by registered builders Matthew Kriskovich, Adam Spadaccini, and Rob Spadaccini, the firm was created to complement its award-winning sister company, Spadaccini Homes. The company focuses its residential operations on custom-designed luxury homes, narrow-lot infill developments, multi-unit subdivisions, and pre-designed architectural floor plans across the Perth metropolitan area. Its core operational model intentionally caps annual production to 12–15 homes per year, allowing for direct site supervision by registered builders and personalized client engagement from concept through turn-key completion. The enterprise manages a boutique development platform spanning site feasibility analysis, local council planning approvals, tailored architectural design, and high-end construction management. Its project portfolio highlights design-led custom builds, specialized infill solutions via its Develop by AMG division, and multiple Housing Excellence recognitions from the Master Builders Association (MBA) of Western Australia.
