Since its formation, it has secured projects such as a 212,000 square-foot life sciences building in Rhode Island and an acquisition in Atlanta of a 128,000 sq ft lab asset. Ancora focuses on serving academic medical centers, universities, research and innovation districts, health-care institutions, and technology tenants in key U.S. markets. It pursues projects in emerging innovation hubs and adjacent to anchor institutions in the U.S. innovation economy.
