Flag Luxury Group is a privately held real estate development company headquartered in New York City, formed in 1997 by Dayssi and Paul Kanavos. The heritage of the business traces back to the Flag Group of Companies, founded in 1946 by Peter J. Kanavos Sr., which before Flag Luxury had developed over US$4 billion in assets. To date, Flag Luxury has completed more than US$6 billion in developed projects, and currently holds an additional US$3 billion in its development pipeline. The firm concentrates on luxury hotels and high-end residences, as well as land-based entertainment and retail developments.
