A subset of that includes 40 projects in the Southeast region (metro Atlanta and surrounding areas) encompassing 4 million square feet of retail, 7,000 multi-family units, and office space; an additional six active projects are underway or in development, adding another 1 million square feet of mixed uses. Fuqua Development focuses on urban retail mixed-use supercenters, combining retail, restaurants, residential, and occasionally office components under “Live. Work. Play.” concepts. The company is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and has projects across the United States, including Florida, Alabama, Kentucky, and beyond.
