Gallup Land Partners, LLC (GLP) began operations in 2013 and has managed landholdings of approximately 25,000 acres near Gallup in northwest New Mexico. It oversees Gallup Energy Logistics Park (GELP), a 2,500-acre rail-served industrial park that includes a 365-acre site certified by BNSF’s site-certification program. GLP’s land portfolio supports a range of real estate uses: industrial, commercial, residential, plus leasing across various sectors, along with high-visibility commercial sites along Highway 491. The company also operates the Gallup 9th Street Flea Market, one of the largest Native American markets in the U.S. Since 2013, GLP has expanded its footprint significantly—by 2025, it facilitated annexation of about 4,800 acres into the City of Gallup to advance industrial, commercial, housing, and recreational development. Additionally, GLP sold 571 acres to the Navajo Nation in 2022 for healthcare, housing, and commercial purposes.
