Their development track record exceeds US$800 million in P3 (public-private partnership) projects to date. They have acquired or developed more than US$4.3 billion worth of properties across multiple U.S. markets. Goldenrod focuses on commercial real estate: mixed-use, office, retail, multifamily, hotel, and public-sector facilities. Their services span the full development lifecycle: due diligence, financing, entitlements, construction management, asset and property management. In Texas, they plan a 45-acre West Dallas expansion with up to 2,419 residential units, 1.4 million sq ft office, 126,000 sq ft retail, and 788 hotel keys in initial phases. In Fort Worth’s Cultural District they’re executing two projects totaling 740,000 sq ft and US$400 million in investment.
