Holland Partner Group (HPG) is a fully integrated real estate investment and development company founded in 2001. Over more than 20 years, it has grown to more than 750 employees and handles a multifamily portfolio valued in the billions. HPG’s development activities span multifamily, mixed-use, redevelopment, acquisition, and property management. Its redevelopment arm has repositioned nearly 50 assets with more than 14,000 units. The construction arm has delivered around 80 projects totaling close to 20,000 units, with an additional pipeline of 6,500 units in 20 projects. In its current portfolio, HPG manages about 60 communities across states including Washington, Oregon, Colorado, California, and Arizona, with 20 more in construction. HPG cites “nearly 40,000” units developed or in management. A high-profile recent project is West, a 37-story mixed-use tower in downtown San Diego featuring 431 apartments, ~289,000 ft² of office, and retail space.
