Impact Seven is a real estate operator headquartered in 2961 Decker Drive Rice Lake, WI.

Impact Seven originated in 1970 and officially adopted its current name in 1972, operating for 53 years as of 2025. It began as the Ojibwa Industrial Development Corporation serving a seven‑county region, and by 1985 was undertaking its own residential housing development projects.  The organization has developed more than US $150 million in residential and commercial real estate. It currently owns or manages over 1,200 affordable housing units and has managed over 1,500 units overall. To date it has developed, managed, or owned in excess of 2,500 housing units, including more than 840 units designated for elderly or disabled residents.  Impact Seven is one of Wisconsin’s largest nonprofit affordable housing developers and is the state’s only statewide Certified Housing Development Organization (CHDO). Its real estate work emphasizes affordable and workforce housing, including multifamily, single‑family, mixed‑use, and adaptive reuse developments, with special attention to housing for elderly, disabled, and family households.
