It also works with acquisitions of existing corporate or surplus facilities, and develops office, industrial, medical office, and data center projects. KDC has completed over 150 build-to-suit projects totaling nearly 40 million square feet. In recent years, it has delivered about $3 billion in projects, adding 29 office or industrial buildings, and currently has over 4 million square feet in active development. The company serves clients across the United States from markets that span Florida to Washington and California to Maryland.
