Longline Holdings (also known as Longline Management) is an investment firm founded in 2019 and headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Since its inception, it has raised and is managing over US$400 million in equity capital, deployed largely across its real estate, private credit and hard assets platforms. The firm operates through two main verticals: Longline Financial, which handles credit‐type investments including real estate debt, and Longline Properties, which focuses on real estate development, acquisitions, and operating properties. It concentrates its real estate activity primarily in the Southeastern United States, targeting housing related opportunities and other high‐growth property markets. To date, Longline has completed more than 70 transactions and deployed over US$700 million of capital (equity and debt) across its portfolio. The firm aims for strong risk‐adjusted returns, often via senior secured and opportunistic real estate loans.
