Neighborhood Restore is a real estate operator headquartered in Suite 2101 New York, NY.

Neighborhood Restore was founded in 1999 and since then has preserved over 10,500 units across more than 1,700 buildings in New York City. The organization’s core work involves affordable housing development and rehabilitation, including oversight of stabilization, management, and rehabilitation of distressed properties via the Third Party Transfer (TPT) program. In 2005 it created a subsidiary, Restored Homes HDFC, to specialize in acquiring, rehabilitating, and reselling foreclosed one- to four-family homes to low- and moderate-income buyers. Neighborhood Restore also operates affiliate entities such as Preserving City Neighborhoods, Restoring Communities, and Neighborhood Renewal, which acquire distressed mortgage notes, manage city-owned buildings, or convert shelter properties into permanent affordable housing. It provides technical services and construction management to partners and works citywide with the New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development and other agencies.
