Neighborhood Restore also operates affiliate entities such as Preserving City Neighborhoods, Restoring Communities, and Neighborhood Renewal, which acquire distressed mortgage notes, manage city-owned buildings, or convert shelter properties into permanent affordable housing. It provides technical services and construction management to partners and works citywide with the New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development and other agencies.
