OliverBuchananGroup (OBG) is a U.S.-based mixed‑use real estate development firm that originated from OliverMcMillan—an internationally recognized developer. Over a 42‑year span, OliverMcMillan transformed more than 8 million square feet of mixed‑use space, with a total project value exceeding US $4 billion. The group was co‑founded by Eric Buchanan in 2021 and is chaired by Morgan Dene Oliver. OBG’s current focus includes development across sectors such as retail, entertainment, office, hotel, and residential in U.S. markets.
