The company offers a diverse range of housing options, including open-concept floor plans, master-on-main layouts, ranch-style homes, townhomes, and traditional two-story single-family residences. In 2020, Paran Homes expanded into the build-to-rent (BTR) sector in partnership with Georgia Capital. Morgan Asset Management to launch Laseter Development Group, a vertically integrated BTR development company. Laseter aims to address housing shortages by constructing single-family rental homes in high-demand areas across the Southeast.
