About Pilli Custom Homes

Pilli Custom Homes is a real estate operator. Pilli Custom Homes operates in Baltimore, Maryland. Its investment focus is on Single-Family Homes.

Pilli Custom Homes is a Maryland-based custom home builder that has specialized in one-of-a-kind residential construction since 1972. Founded by John Pilli Sr. and now led by Guy Pilli, the company has more than 50 years of experience building custom homes throughout Anne Arundel County and Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Its long operating history and regional focus position it as an established boutique builder rather than a high-volume production homebuilder. The company focuses exclusively on custom single-family homes, including luxury estate residences tailored to individual client specifications. Its services cover project planning, estimating, design coordination, contractor procurement, construction management, warranty support, and ongoing client service. Rather than building standardized homes or large residential communities, Pilli Custom Homes emphasizes fully customized projects managed from concept through completion. The business serves homeowners seeking personalized residences and works closely with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to deliver custom homes across its primary Maryland markets.
