Before its full integration with Riverside, One Housing owned and managed approximately 17,000 homes across London and the South East, with concentrations in areas including Westminster, Tower Hamlets, Newham, Camden, Hackney, and Lewisham. The organization focused on social and affordable rental housing, shared ownership, outright-sale homes, property development, and estate regeneration. It also operated substantial supported housing and care services serving older adults, people experiencing homelessness, and people requiring mental-health support; historically, its care operations supported more than 9,500 people. One Housing joined The Riverside Group in December 2021, creating a combined organization with more than 75,000 homes at the time. On April 1, 2023, its assets, liabilities, employees, and landlord responsibilities legally transferred to Riverside, and the One Housing brand is now being integrated into Riverside’s national housing operations.
