In Northern Virginia, the group develops master‑planned residential communities such as Brambleton, spanning approximately 2,800 acres, offering over 9,000 home lots, and serving about 8,000 residents. The project also includes 400,000 sq ft of retail space. In Southwest Florida, the firm focuses on luxury coastal condominium developments. Kalea Bay covers around 450 acres, with five towers containing 600 residences and an amenities center of roughly 88,000–100,000 sq ft (with pools, restaurants, bars, entertainment, fitness and courts). Moraya Bay, also in North Naples, comprises one tower with 72 high-end residences.
