Over that period, the firm and its affiliates have purchased or developed more than 23.3 million square feet of commercial property, 57,800 residential units, 8.7 million square feet of retail space, and three major sports complexes. From 1991 onward, the company also launched five real estate funds that acquired approximately 29,000 residential units, 9.2 million square feet of commercial space, and over $1 billion in distressed debt.
