Notable projects include managing a $10.5 M acquisition and ongoing ownership of 47-unit Everett Station Lofts in Portland (acquired Feb 2022), the $26 M Abby project in Minneapolis incorporating 124 rental units, plus numerous historic-arts loft developments such as the $156 M A‑Mill Artist Lofts (251 units) and $118 M Arcade Apartments (282 units).
