Their initial development, Williams Island, launched in 1980 and set a benchmark for luxury waterfront living. Acqualina and Luxuria followed in subsequent decades, both featuring oceanfront condominiums and mixed-use amenities. The group also undertakes mixed-use community projects like Rancho Belago in California.
