With a focus on the Sunbelt region of the United States, Waypoint has developed, acquired, and operated over 34,000 housing units across more than 140 properties, representing over $5.9 billion in real estate value. The firm has managed investments for a diverse base of over 2,100 investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutions​​. In 2020, Waypoint completed nearly $740 million in acquisitions and property sales. This included the acquisition of five operating properties, the initiation of three conventional multifamily projects, and participation in its first preferred equity transaction. They sold seven properties during the same period, with an aggregate value exceeding $300 million​​.
