Its first known project—two multifamily buildings at 710–714 Wortman Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn—was completed in 2018.  A subsequent mid‑rise development on East 53rd Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn, spans 36 residential units across multiple adjacent buildings, including 110 and 76 East 53rd Street.  In 2023, West Egg began construction on its largest project to date: a mixed‑use development at 215–20 Northern Boulevard in Bayside, Queens. This project includes residential units, retail space, and sub‑grade parking, and is backed by a US $16 million construction loan.
