Williams, Mainline Excavating, and Williams Site Civil—and was formally created in 2019 to consolidate development capabilities. The Williams family’s operations date back to 1994, when Paul Williams founded the general contracting firm A.P. Williams, followed by the formation of Mainline Excavating (2000) and Williams Site Civil (2017). WDP leverages that in-house expertise to handle all project phases: sitework, design, construction, development, and ultimately occupancy.
