In 2025, Zenith completed an 18‑acre build‑to‑suit development in Clearwater, Florida — including more than 200,000 square feet of small‐bay buildings and over 50 acres of outdoor storage. That same year, the firm expanded into Tennessee with acquisitions in Nashville and Memphis.
