Since inception, the firm has developed more than 83 multifamily communities and delivered over 24 million square feet of commercial space, along with around 60 master-planned, single-family communities. It currently has $7.2 billion of residential and commercial investments and developments under construction, operations, or planning, including 15,300 residential units and 7.5 million square feet of office, industrial and life science space.
