Since inception the company has acquired, developed, and sold nearly US$1.68 billion worth of real estate-related investments, including both fee title and debt investments across multi-family, office, flex, industrial, retail and hospitality property types. DIG operates throughout the capital stack, investing in equity, performing, sub-performing, and non-performing debt. The company’s strategy targets properties that are distressed, value-add, or opportunistic, with development, redevelopment, and entitlement projects also part of its portfolio. Geographically, DIG focuses its investments in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado for its commercial and development work. Its project sizes typically fall in the US$10 million to US$100 million range for commercial and value-add acquisitions, and US$10 million to US$30 million for development projects.
