The company employs more than 450 staff members to support its operations. NHE focuses on three primary areas: homeowner association management (HOA), multifamily/apartment management (both affordable and conventional), and development & consulting. It has operated its Association Management unit since 1998, its Conventional Property Management unit since 2001, and launched Service Coordination in 2007.
