Freiburger, successors to the 1971‑founded Dart Corporation general contracting legacy . The firm focused on multifamily development and construction, extensively building over 2,000 apartments and condominiums across central Indiana. Projects ranged from affordable Section 42 apartments—including 122 units at Stonybrook Commons (1989–90) and 194 units at Applecreek (1996–97)—to luxury units exceeding 1,500 ft² with attached garages. Paragus also executed office and retail construction, including a 4,550 ft² medical building (Therapy Works, 1992) and a 5,000 ft² office building (Whitley Commons, 1994). The entity took over all multifamily construction from Paragus Construction Company Inc. as its successor.
