Freiburger, successors to the 1971‑founded Dart Corporation general contracting legacy . Projects ranged from affordable Section 42 apartments—including 122 units at Stonybrook Commons (1989–90) and 194 units at Applecreek (1996–97)—to luxury units exceeding 1,500 ft² with attached garages. Paragus also executed office and retail construction, including a 4,550 ft² medical building (Therapy Works, 1992) and a 5,000 ft² office building (Whitley Commons, 1994). The entity took over all multifamily construction from Paragus Construction Company Inc. as its successor.
