In addition to multifamily ventures, QMW has expanded into the industrial-commercial condo sector. Since September 2020, they’ve initiated two industrial condo projects in Burlington—one ~100,000 sq ft on South Service Road with about 70% industrial and 30% office/medical space, and another ~150,000 sq ft at Palladium Way acquired in May 2022—with more larger‑scale industrial condominium development planned in Hamilton and Whitby.
