QMW Corp is a Toronto‑based real estate investment and development firm founded in September 2018 by CEO Samuel Werner and President Avrohom Marder. The company has acquired and currently manages over 30 multifamily properties across gentrifying areas of the Greater Toronto Area. QMW’s multifamily holdings include small apartment buildings (five to ten units), as well as a larger 115‑unit, four‑building complex on a 1.5‑acre site near Eglinton Avenue West. They plan further development with a proposed 61‑unit purpose‑built rental in Seaton Village and a three‑storey, six‑suite condo near Davenport and Keele. In addition to multifamily ventures, QMW has expanded into the industrial-commercial condo sector. Since September 2020, they’ve initiated two industrial condo projects in Burlington—one ~100,000 sq ft on South Service Road with about 70% industrial and 30% office/medical space, and another ~150,000 sq ft at Palladium Way acquired in May 2022—with more larger‑scale industrial condominium development planned in Hamilton and Whitby.
