Veridea Group is a real estate operator headquartered in Marquette, MI.

Veridea Group began operations in 1992, when founders Bob and Mary Mahaney completed a 6,000-square-foot retail project in Marquette, Michigan. Since then the company and its affiliates have developed over 75 projects, with a combined development value in excess of US$500 million. The firm is based in the Upper Peninsula, where it is the largest private developer, but its portfolio spans multiple states. Its core business activities include design, development, and management of real estate, with a focus on mixed-use developments, retail, office space, hotels, residential units, adaptive reuse and infill sites. One example is Liberty Way, a mixed-use complex of about 130,000 square feet in Marquette combining hotel, office, and Class A commercial office space. The company also works on projects that convert underutilized land or existing structures into usable developments.
