Recent developments include selling The Carousel in 2015, acquiring and transforming a nine‑acre Anaheim Plaza Hotel site into The Anaheim Hotel with 306 rooms, and constructing The Westin Anaheim Resort—inaugurated in June 2021—with roughly twice the prior room count, nearly 50,000 sq ft of meeting space, seven dining outlets, a pool with cabanas, and a 3,000‑sq‑ft fitness center.
