Its commercial and retail division includes mixed‑use developments such as the 200,000 sq ft Blue Diamond Ranch Center & Blue Diamond Plaza; a 28,000 sq ft Fire Station Plaza; a 190,000 sq ft Southern Highlands Marketplace; a 250,000 sq ft Skye Canyon Marketplace; and a 72,000 sq ft Southern Highlands Corporate Center.
