Recent residential projects include Heritage Glen in DeWitt, Michigan, with over 250 single‑family home lots fully sold and Cedar Glen in Okemos, a 30‑acre subdivision integrated with land donation for public space. On the commercial side, Oak Shore Commerce Park in the Traverse City area covers 22 acres and involved a $5.5 million build‑out of a 51,000 ft² former supermarket into an e‑commerce warehouse and flex space, completed in 2023.
