TFV operates through five integrated companies: Taft Development, Taft Management, Taft Construction, Taft-Mills, and Taft Family Office. Its management arm currently oversees more than 2 million square feet of commercial, office, industrial, and retail space and in excess of 3,500 multifamily units, plus over 1,300 student-housing beds. TFV’s real estate scope spans property types including retail, multi-family and single-family residential, office, warehouse, mini-storage, medical office, student housing, flexible space, and affordable housing. Geographically, TFV invests across the Carolinas and has expanded into Florida, California, Virginia, and Texas.
