Today, Tower Development operates as a vertically integrated platform through its affiliates: commercial and residential development, in‑house construction via Tower Construction Hawaii, and asset/property management. Its development focus includes value‑add hospitality, multifamily, luxury homes, and distressed assets, with notable projects such as 388‑key Grand Naniloa Hilton, 405‑key Wyland Waikiki, 162‑unit Waiakea Apartments, and the 36‑home “One Ocean” luxury subdivision.
